SWIM STROKE ANALYSES

Learn proper stroke mechanics and technique fundamental to performance and to greater enjoyment of the sport.

Learn to swim faster, increase endurance, or to master less familiar strokes.

Dusty will

  • examine your stroke
  • identify biomechanical imbalances or incorrect technique
  • provide specific drills for improvement
  • offer suggestions for training

Group clinics, workshops, and individual swim instruction are also available.

Pools include Strawberry Recreation Center and Dominican University (available Spring-early Fall seasons).

RUNNING FORM ANALYSES
Get ready to compete or train to have fun at an event or weekly runs. Learn balanced biomechanics and technique essential to your best performance.

Dusty will help you

  • create and maintain momentum
  • deflect and reduce impact
  • maximize efficiency and economy
  • identify biomechanical imbalances or incorrect technique
  • provide specific drills for improvement

Individual instruction and group clinics are available.


Dusty coaches children and adults, develops swim training plans and dry-land conditioning programs, and has run a local master’s swim program
