Dusty Roady

COACHES

Dusty Roady, Head Coach and Founder Dusty Roady

Dusty brings over two decades of coaching and competitive experience to Excel Fitness as owner, and to Whole Athlete as an associate coach and multisport expert. She has over seven certifications and coaching licenses and has coached athletes in volleyball, softball and triathlon. She was the strength and conditioning for varsity boys’ baseball, girls’ softball, and girls’ lacrosse. Dusty founded Excel Fitness in 2003.

Dusty is a competitive athlete in multisport and powerlifting. She has logged over thirty triathlons and cycling races, with nine first-place finishes and multiple podium slots. Dusty crushed a course record in the 2005 Treasure Island triathlon.  She holds four world records in powerlifting and has honorable mention as top ten athletes in the sport in 1996, and top twenty in 1997.

 



Dusty has developed and coached successful fitness programs for dozens of people (see testimonials) and sports-specific programs for athletes throughout the country. She acts as an advocate, offering a positive base of support to inspire each individual to personal growth in sport and in life.  She encourages clients to dream, to test and stretch their limits, and to reach great personal accomplishments.
